  • Observed: Unapproved beef in walk-in freezer. Requried: Food should only be available from approved source. Corrected by voluntarily discarding beef.

  • Observed: Dessert area and under dish machine has build up of debris, etc. Required: Physical facilities must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep clean.
  • Observed: Heavy ice build up in walk-in freezer under compressor. Required: Equipment shoud be in good repair.
