  • Door sweeps missing in the back storage room. Replace to assist in pest control. Repeat violation.
  • Found fans in dairy walk-in cooler not clean with substantial build-up. Repeat violation.
  • Found raw ground sausage being stored above fully cooked ready to eat sausage. Product promptly moved to correct locaton. (Must ensure that all raw animal products are stored below any RTE foods and according to cooking temperatures).
