  • Observed: milk found not properly cold holding at 41F (temped 48F). Required: PHFs shall cold hold at 41F or below. Milk voluntarily discarded.
  • Observed: spray nozzle at 3-comp sink found hanging below flood rim of sink. Required: the spray nozzle shall hang at least 1" above flood rim of sink to provide proper air gap and prevent backflow.
