Person in charge put in work order to have cooler looked at/repaired and will no longer store potentially hazardous foods inside the cooler. Required: All food items being cold held shall be held at 41 F or below. Corrective Action: All food items that tested above 41 F were placed on Time as Control to be disposed of 4 hours after its preparation time. Reinspection Required.
