    Discussed the following items: 1. Hand washing must occur at hand wash sink, not in 3 compartment sink dish water. Hands must be washed for 20 seconds with soap and warm running water. Dry hands on disposable paper towels. 2. Raw meat and eggs can be handled with bare hands. Bare hand contact is not allowed with ready to eat foods. 3. Customer glasses by front hand wash sink must be relocated or a splash guard must be installed. 4. When using bleach as a sanitizer, it must be changed every 2 hours. Do not mix soap with bleach sanitizer.
