  • Observed: 2 door cooler in the backroom not cold holding at or below 41F(ambient temp 44F). Potentially hazardous items recently delivered moved to another cooler holding below 41F.
  • Observed: Nacho cheese in dispenser not being held at or above 135F( cheese 118-126F). Warmer temperature was turned up and education was given.
